Corrections

When you write about crypto risk, accuracy beats looking good. I'll miscalculate a number, cite the wrong source, or let something go out of date — and once an error is confirmed, I fix it and log what changed publicly on this page, no quiet edits. This page is both Yudi's corrections policy and its open corrections ledger.

Why we care so much about accuracy

This site is about money, about risk. Get a number wrong or skew a conclusion, a reader follows it, and what they lose is real money. So Yudi would rather write less and write slowly than write something wrong. We're not chasing "textbook-perfect" on every piece, but the moment we find we got something wrong, we have to fix it and own it — that's the basic decency owed by a site that talks about risk, and the floor for whether you should trust us. Putting the error on display is always more credible than pretending we never make any.

How we handle an error once it's found

The process is simple, in three steps. First, verify. Whether we catch it in our own review or a reader points it out, we check carefully whether it's actually wrong and exactly where. Second, correct. Once confirmed, we fix the text directly — no hedging, no deleting the article to make it disappear. Third, log. We record the correction in the ledger below, open for anyone to check. Changes to numbers, conclusions or facts are always logged; plain typos and small broken-link fixes may not each get their own line, but they get fixed all the same.

How to report an error to us

If you find a miscalculation, an outdated reference, or a broken link, the most direct way is to write to [email protected]. When you write, please include the page link and the exact spot (which paragraph, which number) so we can locate and respond faster. We read every correction email carefully — the errors readers help us catch are an important part of making this site reliable.

How a correction is noted

The format always records three things — the date (when it was changed), the page (which piece was changed), and what changed (where it was wrong before, and how it reads now). For larger changes, the previous wording is kept alongside so you can compare, and the record never becomes a "quiet erasure." We won't fudge it with vague phrases like "tidied things up" — we'll spell out the before and after. A site about risk owes its own content extra honesty — that's also how we hope you'll come to trust Yudi.

The corrections ledger

Below is the full corrections record in date order. The site is still young, so there's nothing to log yet; the moment there is, the first entry will appear here. An empty column doesn't mean we never make mistakes — only that, so far, we haven't found a substantive error worth logging. When we do, it'll be added here truthfully.

Give us a hand

If you spot a miscalculation, a broken link or something that's wrong, please write to [email protected], ideally with the page link and the exact spot. Once verified, I'll correct it and log it here.
